Follow these steps each month to get the most out of your Walk-BEST™ Agenda.

Assess YourselfPerform the self-tests on pages 5 & 6 to establish your baseline across all elements of walking. |

Set SMART GoalsUse the SMART framework to formulate goals that are specific and achievable. Write your goals in the provided spaces. |

Pick 4 Goal StickersEach month, choose 4 goals to focus on. Get the matching stickers from the back of the book and place them on the large circles. |

Decide Your FrequencyIn the smaller circle, write how many times per week you’ll work on each goal. Be realistic — some can be daily, others 2–3 times a week. |

ExerciseFollow the exercise guide (pages 57–64) to do the movements that support each goal. Work at a comfortable-to-slightly-strenuous pace. |
