Collected to authenticate your access to the ACTaide app. - Engagement Data
Automatically collected while using the app:
- Date and time the app is opened
- Time spent in the app
- Time spent on different screens or features
- User screenflow data
- Frequency of app usage
We do not collect personal notes, free-text inputs, or device identifiers.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
ACTaide does not use cookies, trackers, or third-party analytics tools.
Use of Your Data
The data collected is used to improve app performance, usability, and to identify potential technical issues. All data is handled securely and remains non-identifiable.
Data Confidentiality and Third-Party Access
All data is stored securely and treated as strictly confidential. We do not share your information with third parties. Only authorized ACTaide developers can access anonymized data for the purposes of app maintenance and improvement.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with activity data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be communicated through the app or via email before they take effect.
